HR Systems Specialist - Tulsa, OK
What's the role?
The HRIS Specialist focuses primarily on technical support, maintenance and project work related to implementations of the multi-landscape Human Resources Information Systems. This position is a Tier 2 regional expert and works closely with global and local COEs to ensure data quality and consistency, testing of new releases and system enhancements, while analyzing and solving data issues and workflows for process improvement opportunities. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and must have a high collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels across the organization.

What does the role involve?
Performs regular data quality reviews to confirm quality and integrity of all HR data entered by other system users
Acts as the regional Workday Organization Partner to build and maintain W1 organizational structures
Support the local HR organization to optimize and streamline the system business processes and workflows; focus on increased efficiencies and improvement of HR related processes
Work with global IT and HR experts on various system projects, testing, and problem resolutions
Provide advisory and technical guidance to end users
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems through ongoing reviews and audits
Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes
Manage electronic personnel files and multi company-wide Outlook distribution lists
Perform other duties as assigned

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration highly preferred
- 3+ years of strong functional and technical experience
- Knowledge of and proficiency with human resources information system
- Knowledge of Lean principles and techniques
- Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and be self-directed
- Ability to analyze, recommend improvements, and take initiative
- Ability to work with tight-deadlines and be multi-task oriented with high attention to detail
