What's the role?

The Hilti Center Regional Manager is accountable for planning, developing and maintaining the profitable operation of assigned Hilti Centers in a defined geography.

This position is responsible for increasing sales, profitability growth and people development. The regional manager is responsible for overall performance management of his/her team via Hilti’s source and select process, strategic manpower development process and performance management process.

What does the role involve?

Responsible for selecting, retaining and developing a high performing team through ongoing coaching and modeling through the use of Red Thread Dimensions
Review, assess and provide input towards additional revenue opportunities through store portfolio management
Coordinate and execute regional meetings, product launch meetings, review and improve sessions, performance reviews and development discussions both with your team and your team leader
Collaborates with other departments in establishing, supporting and/or implementing identified projects as required by the business to drive customer engagement
Plan, control and manage Hilti Center inventory by partnering with field and corporate partners, as well, continued training of Hilti Center team
Act decisively with consequent behavior and action towards demonstrated patterns of poor or subpar performance including disciplinary action up to termination
Review, assess and provide input towards additional revenue opportunities through headcount allocations and underpenetrated high potential accounts.

What you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; University degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years in a position that includes managerial/leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment on a regular basis
  • Ability to gather appropriate information and analyze it to develop & implement effective strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills
  • Strong presentation skills
