Global Product Manager
What's the role?
Leads the ownership for a software product (or set of products), aligning product development with business value, corporate strategy, and customer & market needs. Our product managers are invested in the success of their product(s) and own the development of product strategy and product roadmap, aligning continuously with markets, customers, and business stakeholders. This role continuously performs market research and outreach to understand the overall market (sizing, segmentation, personas, pain points, and customer workflows) in order to set roadmap priority and articulate the value propositions of your product(s); as well as discover and define new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products. Product Managers continuously monitor the competitive landscape and anticipate competitors’ movements and strategy. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (program management, development, marketing, etc.) and geographic teams (specific markets), the Product Manager leads the definition of license models, monetization (if applicable), service models, and business plans – while also defining KPIs and communicating them on a regular basis to share product success. Software Product Managers also collaborate heavily with marketing and sales to assist in the definition and execution of global marketing plans & activities, and the go-to-market approach, based on their defined business plan and value propositions.

What does the role involve?
Own a SW product or set of products to achieve product differentiation and market leadership
Monitor and evaluate the market environment to define market potential, key applications, customers' needs, and competitor moves for strategy definition as well as new business opportunities
Introduce new products/features globally and support/guide sales organizations to achieve desired results
Define go-to-market approach, license model, monetization (if applicable), service model, and business plan
Recommend a roadmap for the responsible set of SW products by collecting and prioritizing feature requests, including the detailed business requirements
Visit users and analyze workflows
Additional duties as assigned

What you need is:
Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing or technical field; Master of Business Administration preferred
At least 2 years of professional marketing experience required
Experience as a business/marketing manager with good understanding of user SW needs and typical workflows, and ability to codify these into a set of clear and well-structured requirements
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Hands-on personality, ability to inspire and motivate others
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and implementation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Normal office conditions.
Up to 15% domestic and international travel, required.
