What does the role involve?

As a Fire Protection Specialist (FPS), you are providing technical support and driving sales of specified products to buying and non-buying customers.

You are educating building contractors, owners, architects/engineers, building/fire officials, along with Hilti sales personnel with competent advice and recommendations on specific applications based on your sound judgment.

It might also mean looking into new business prospects and or Identify and implementing account acquisitions strategies for key competitively owned accounts.

What you need is:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2 years’ experience in construction product fire protection, construction, engineering or business related field
An agile approach to solving problems
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed

Vehicle/ Driver’s License Requirements:
A company vehicle is provided for carrying tools/fasteners for product demonstration purposes. The employee must have valid US driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle and comply with HNA Fleet Safety Policy requirements.

As part of your interview process, we will take you on a day-in-the-life ‘field ride’ to give you a feel for the job and the caliber of our people. We will also pay for your travel to the interview.
