What does the role involve?
It’s a challenging, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future.
Between serving customers in a retail environment, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories. The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts, and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand.

What you need is:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
- Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
