Analyst II – Business Reporting
What's the role?
The Credit Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, creating, delivering and supporting various financial reports for business users. Reports include, but may not be limited to, the Standard Market Reach Reports, Global Reports, Value Cockpit Reports and reports run through MyReports.

What does the role involve?
The Credit Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating reports and other analytical tools which are relevant for the business, and in alignment with global standards. You will generates and support reports that are led by HNA Hub team for users in all countries. Transition current global and regional workbooks to Business Objects and provides ongoing support for that platform. Also act as the lead responsible for Value Cockpit Reporting for all Market Organizations (MO’s) in Hilti North America (HNA).
You will also deliver standard reports according to an established calendar with a high degree of accuracy. Partner with Finance Business Partners to solve business reporting needs by requesting changes and/or additions to current reports. Act as the administrator for MyReports for HNA, providing support and maintenance and train and support key users of SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business related, or Information Services required.
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business related, or Information Services preferred.
- High degree of competence in all areas of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Think-cell knowledge preferred.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Business Warehouse and Business Objects experience preferred.
- A strong understanding of HNA’s data model, both for SAP and Business Warehouse, preferred.
- Ability to quickly lead requestors through a specification process to clarify requirements.
- 1-3 years experience in reporting or other business role preferred.
