Before he joined Hilti, Clee served in the Army as an S3 Officer in Hawaii. When the time came to leave the military, he searched for a company where he could bring his organizational skills and mental discipline to bear in his career, as well as a work environment where he could thrive and develop. Hilti was a natural match, and Clee has since proven an invaluable asset to the company and its mission.
In his decade of loyal service, Clee has worked in four different departments within Hilti. He started out in Logistics, and rose through the ranks through hard work and dedication, moving from a successful Account Manager in the premier market of New York City, to his current position as a Regional Manager of Customer Service in Oklahoma.
In his words: "I've been with the company for 10 years, and have had five promotions. It's nothing short of awesome. Hilti is large enough to advance your career without having to go to a different company. The sky's the limit as long as you stay engaged and open to relocation."
To his last point, there is often ample opportunity to work throughout the United States or abroad with Hilti. With operations in more than 100 countries and jobs coast-to-coast, the flexibility of where you work is one of the key points that many just like Clee often seek out when transitioning to civilian life.
Whether it's to work near home, to pursue open opportunities, or just the option to try someplace new, Hilti allows its employees to chart their own career path, and be part of a growing, multinational team.
As Clee puts it: " The culture and the leaders are all about taking care of their own and being a team. One Team, One Voice — that's Hilti!"
