Hilti Inc., has again been certified as a Best Workplace & 'Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For' by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® institute. Hilti earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by team members in anonymous surveys.
According to the study, 96% of team members across the US say they have great pride in working for Hilti and 92%% say there are great rewards working for Hilti.

Hilti North America has been named a 2019 DiversityInc Noteworthy Company, which was announced at the DiversityInc keystone diversity and inclusion event on May 7, 2019 in New York City.
The annual DiversityInc list recognizes the United States' top companies for diversity and inclusion management. These companies excel in such areas as hiring, retaining and promoting women, minorities, people with disabilities, LGBT and veterans.

Hilti Inc., has again been named a Best Workplace in Consulting & Professional Services by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work institute. Hilti earned this distinction based on extensive ratings provided by team members in anonymous surveys.

Hilti has earned the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, honoring the Best Places to Work in the USA for 2019. This is the first year for Hilti to make the Top 100 list of large employers (more than 1,000 team members) and we debuted in the #61 position. Against more well-known brands with tens of thousands of employees, our 3,600 team members made this happen with their anonymous reviews.
Glassdoor is one of the world's largest job and recruiting sites where employees anonymously share workplace experiences. The ranking considered anonymous, confidential employee reviews from Oct. 23, 2017 to Oct. 21, 2018.
Our products are acclaimed by some of the most important design awards in the industry. Here’s just a taste of our recent achievements.

Introduced in 1954, this award attracts more than 2,000 entries from around 37 nations every year. It’s judged by renowned experts, with the best products receiving an iF seal of outstanding design quality. In 1957, Hilti won its first iF Product Design Award for our original anchoring device, "Schlagdübel Gerät", and our products have won consistently ever since.

This award judges products on design innovation, functionality, ergonomics and emotional content, as well as longevity and ecological sustainability.
Hilti has won Red Dot Awards every year since 2004. In 2010, we had the exclusive honor of winning Red Dot Design Team of the Year, which can only be awarded once in a company’s lifetime.
